Upcoming Themes & Deadlines

May-Jun-Jul: Everything “Stones”

Submit photos of papers you have done that did not involve combs (i.e. a freer definition of “stones”). The papers can be made with droppers, whisks, brushes, or stylus — random patters or arrays of dotted lines, circles or other geometrical figures.
Submission Deadline: Friday July 31, 2026

Aug-Sep-Oct: Monochromatic Designs

Any pattern or technique is welcome as long as you only use one color in the pattern. We are not considering white or black as colors so those can be used in addition to your color.
Submission Deadline: Friday, October 30, 2026

Nov-Dec-Jan: A Combed Pattern Design

Any pattern based on the Non-Pareil pattern. Both sisters combs and regular non-pareil combs are fine for use.
Submission Deadline: Friday, January 29, 2027

Feb-Mar-Apr: Three-Dimensional Marbled Object.

These objects can be marbled in 3-D fashion or wrapped or decorated with marbled papers.
Submission Deadline: Friday, April 30, 2027
